Ht-fsj-p Series High Speed Platform Type Dispersing Machine/disperser

“Huatian” HT-FSJ-P series of Platform Disperser are mainly used for smashing,dispersing,emulsifying,mixing of different viscosity of thick liquid materials. The turbulent flow formed through high speed rotating of upper and lower toothed disc will cause the materials to be strongly sheared,struck,smashed,dispersed at high speed,so as to achieve functions of fast mixing,dissolving,dispersing and refining.

The major structure of Platform Disperser is basically the same as normal Disperser,but specially designed to be platform mounted. To match up with the height of charging hopper,the normal disperser should be fixed at middle position of the machine and is usually fixed in a platform and the charging hopper is put up above the platform for the convenience of material charging. The discharging hole of charging hopper is beneath the platform for convenience of material discharging. Packaging can be finished directly at this position or to be connected with next process. The machine can be swiveled at 360 degree to several other charging hoppers as needed. This function will increase working efficiency and lower manual labor intensity.

Warranty:
Equipment warranty for one year. As customers confirm that they received the goods, we will provide free replacement parts for damaged parts (in addition to the damage caused by incorrect operation), we will be available through federal, air, sea.
Electrical Engineering:
Lifetime maintenance, Huatian provide Chinese operating manual instructions on how to install and maintain. If the customer has any technical problems, we will provide guidance by phone, e-mail and other means.
Installation:
The overall complexity of the installation of the machine we have for you, or custom equipment or complete production lines. After installation, we will check the machine, operation of equipment, installation and provide you with a test report.
Train
